任何选择都有代价，创业更是如此。我们选定的奋斗之路，先流汗，再吃饭，先利他，然后才是利己。早早确立的生存秩序和价值主张——“为国家，为社会，为客户，为员工，为股东”就是预设了这么一条充满荆棘却光芒万丈之长征路。

Lift your gaze toward the morning sun, and lower your head to embrace life undone. Ensuring the collective and individual interests within the company presents an enormous challenge that we have consistently striven to overcome. Though I don"t anticipate that things remain calm indefinitely, I aspire to counter the challenges that come my way.
